FLORENCE, AL - Officials with the 优德体育 and Calhoun Community College have today signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) that will benefit all graduates from Calhoun seeking to complete their bachelor's degree at 优德体育.
"This MOU agreement between 优德体育 and Calhoun is an excellent opportunity that will assist our graduates in furthering their education with a four-year degree," said Dr. Joe Burke, Interim President at Calhoun. "This is also an opportunity for our institutions to continue building upon the strong working relationship we've already established with 优德体育 by serving our communities together through educational resources."
The agreement is similar to those that have been signed with other two-year institutions in Alabama and Tennessee. Further, the agreement provides pathways for Calhoun and 优德体育 to explore additional educational opportunities for the benefit of students.
"优德体育 is pleased to partner with Calhoun Community College on this exciting and mutually beneficial learning agreement," said Dr. Ross Alexander, Provost and Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs. "This agreement solidifies the role both institutions play in serving the workforce development needs of the state and region."
